2026 EPIC Te Puke Annual General Meeting

EPIC Te Puke warmly invites our board members, EPIC supporters and anyone interested in the future of our community to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months, celebrate what we’ve achieved together, and look ahead to the exciting projects and initiatives planned for the coming year.

Agenda Highlights

• Election of the EPIC Te Puke Board
• Presentation of the Annual Reports
• Presentation of the Annual Financial Statements
• Consideration of any notices of motion
• Overview of priorities and plans for the year ahead

Important Information

• Nominations for Board positions and any notices of motion must be received no later than Friday 11th September.
• The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the EPIC Te Puke Constitution.
