Ready to feed the hordes? Quench the thirst of the masses? We want you!
The Ray White Te Puke Halloween Treat Trail is taking over Downtown Te Puke on Friday 30 October, and we’re looking for food and drink vendors to help feed our hungry trick-or-treaters!
Thousands of little monsters, ghosts, witches and their grown-ups will be making their way around the Treat Trail for an afternoon of trick-or-treating, entertainment and Halloween fun – so if you’ve got something delicious to serve, we’d love to have you join us.
EVENT DETAILS
Friday 30 October 2026
Event: 3pm–5pm
Downtown Te Puke
Pack-in: From 2pm
Pack-out: From 5pm
Site Fee: $30 + GST
Vendors must be fully set up and ready to trade by 3pm.
VENDOR LOCATIONS
Food and drink vendors will be located either outside the Te Puke War Memorial Hall along the service lane or at selected locations around the Treat Trail.
Final vendor locations are still being confirmed. You are welcome to let us know your preferred location when registering and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
All vendors are responsible for ensuring they hold any licences, registrations, certificates or approvals required to operate and sell food or beverages at the event.
You’ll need to bring everything required to operate your site, including your own gazebo/food truck, tables, equipment and any other supplies you require. Please let us know when registering if you have any specific site or access requirements.
Power is not guaranteed, so please include any power requirements in your registration.
All vendors are expected to keep their site clean and tidy and remove their own rubbish at the end of the event.
SITE FEE
The vendor fee for the event is $30 + GST.
EPIC Te Puke is a community organisation, and your vendor fee goes directly back into helping us deliver events and activities for the Te Puke community – thank you for supporting our events! 💚
