Serve up something delicious while Te Puke celebrates Christmas!
The Seeka Te Puke Christmas Float Parade & Santa in Te Puke are bringing the festive spirit to Downtown Te Puke on Saturday 5 December, and we’re looking for food and drink vendors to join us!
Main Street will come alive with colourful floats, festive characters, local schools, businesses, community groups and whānau for the annual Christmas Float Parade, before the festivities continue with Santa in Te Puke at the Te Puke War Memorial Hall.

REGISTRATION & VENDOR FEE

Please complete the registration form below and pay the $34.50 (incl. GST) vendor fee to apply for a site.
Please note: Completing this form and making payment does not automatically guarantee a vendor site. EPIC Te Puke will review all registrations and confirm successful vendors. If we are unable to offer you a site, your vendor fee will be refunded in full.
EPIC Te Puke is a community organisation, and your vendor fee goes directly back into helping us deliver events and activities for the Te Puke community – thank you for supporting our events! 💚
PACK-IN & TRADING
Pack-in is from 9am, with all vendors required to be fully set up and ready to trade by 10am.
Vendors can choose to trade for the Float Parade only or stay on for Santa in Te Puke:
- Float Parade only: Pack-out from 1pm
- Float Parade + Santa in Te Puke: Pack-out from 3pm
Please select your preferred option in the registration form.
We ask that vendors do not pack down before their allocated pack-out time, to help keep the event area safe while activities are underway.
VENDOR LOCATIONS
Food and drink vendors will be located at selected sites around the event area in Downtown Te Puke and near the Te Puke War Memorial Hall.
Final vendor locations will be confirmed closer to the event. You’re welcome to let us know your preferred location or any specific site requirements when registering and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, however specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
All vendors are responsible for ensuring they hold any licences, registrations, certificates or approvals required to operate and sell food or beverages at the event.
You’ll need to bring everything required to operate your site, including your own gazebo/food truck, tables, equipment and any other supplies you require.
Please let us know when registering if you have any specific site, vehicle or access requirements.
Power is not guaranteed, so please include any power requirements in your registration.
All vendors are expected to keep their site clean and tidy and remove their own rubbish at the end of the event.
